Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

The HR Administrative Assistant will play a key role in talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This includes coordinating onboarding meetings for new hires, assisting with gate pass renewals, and supporting onboarding overseas new hires.

Other Key Responsibilities

  1. Process employee letters and maintain accurate records in accordance with employment regulations.
  2. Administer medical insurance plans, including enrollments, changes, deletions, and claims management.
  3. Assist HR employees visiting the UAE from other countries by issuing visas, coordinating hotel bookings, and transportation if required.
  4. Validate requests related to business card issuance.
  5. Provide ad hoc support to direct reports of the CHRO regarding meeting scheduling.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of HR experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
  4. Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  5. Broad understanding of Human Resources principles and general HR administrative responsibilities.
