Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
The HR Administrative Assistant will play a key role in talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This includes coordinating onboarding meetings for new hires, assisting with gate pass renewals, and supporting onboarding overseas new hires.
Other Key Responsibilities
- Process employee letters and maintain accurate records in accordance with employment regulations.
- Administer medical insurance plans, including enrollments, changes, deletions, and claims management.
- Assist HR employees visiting the UAE from other countries by issuing visas, coordinating hotel bookings, and transportation if required.
- Validate requests related to business card issuance.
- Provide ad hoc support to direct reports of the CHRO regarding meeting scheduling.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Broad understanding of Human Resources principles and general HR administrative responsibilities.
