Overview
Seeking a highly strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven Director - Commercial with a proven track record, to lead and manage the planning and execution of Core42's overall BD and Sales strategy in the public sector and enterprise space. You will oversee key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, enabling the successful delivery of our extensive range of digital transformation solutions for the public sector and large enterprises.
The opportunity
To play a pivotal role in building the business at Core42, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a new age, AI-driven, global organization. You will hone your skills in the public sector and enterprise space, developing highly profitable sales strategies that make a significant impact on our overall business performance and growth.
Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. - Plan, develop and implement Core42's long-term BD and Sales strategy, ensuring that Core42 achieves and surpasses its targets and business objectives in line with our larger business goals.
- Oversee the sales process including, but not limited to, lead generation and management, sales pitches, proposal development as well as negotiation and closure of agreements.
- Ensure that all sales, marketing and communication initiatives are aligned to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
- Identify and analyze potential new clients and business development opportunities to drive Core42's revenue targets in line with current as well as future capabilities.
- Monitor the growth of existing & new clients by examining business risks and proactively addressing any issues and/or opportunities.
- Closely monitor key accounts for operational and service standards, flagging any deviation from stated benchmarks.
- Develop new market penetration strategies and roadmaps based on robust market research and analytics, SME, strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Participate in business forums, conferences and thought leadership programs, representing and projecting Core42 as a reputed industry leader.
- Establish and cultivate new client & partner collaboration opportunities in the public sector and enterprise space.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and strategic targets.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a global sales organization in the IT space
- In-depth understanding of value selling especially in digital transformation solutions
- Successful track record of selling complex solutions and services to large enterprise and/or government accounts

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
