We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Design Advertising Manager to spearhead our off-plan real estate marketing efforts. Crucially, the ideal candidate will be currently working within the off-plan real estate industry and possess a deep understanding of its unique digital marketing landscape. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing impactful digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, directly driving lead generation and sales for our prestigious off-plan projects. Beyond ad management, you will leverage your design expertise to create visually stunning marketing assets that support these campaigns and resonate with our target audience. This role demands a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the real estate sector, and a proven ability to optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. You will manage the complete lifecycle of digital marketing, from strategic campaign setup and creative asset development to performance tracking, analysis, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Strategic Campaign Setup: Independently set up and expertly manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms to promote off-plan real estate projects.
  • Performance & ROI Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, rigorously focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving lead generation and sales targets.
  • A/B Testing & Refinement: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and audience targeting parameters to identify and leverage top-performing elements, ensuring ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish robust tracking mechanisms and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance future campaign strategies.

Content and Visual Creation:

  • Digital Advertisements: Design and produce high-impact digital advertisements in both static and animated formats, tailored for various online platforms.
  • Social Media Graphics & Videos: Create visually engaging graphics and videos optimized for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Website Banners and Graphics: Develop compelling website banners and graphics that align with marketing campaigns and enhance user experience.
  • Email Marketing Templates: Design visually appealing and effective email marketing templates (HTML experience highly desirable) to support lead nurturing and project promotion.
  • Landing Page Designs: Design and develop user-friendly and conversion-optimized landing pages, ensuring mobile responsiveness and seamless user journeys.
  • Brochures, Flyers, and Print Collateral: Design high-quality brochures, flyers, and other print collateral as needed to complement digital campaigns.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing:

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute visually appealing and engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote off-plan projects, incorporating segmentation and automation techniques.
  • WhatsApp Marketing Strategies: Devise and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to cultivate engagement with potential clients, disseminate property information effectively, and stimulate inquiries. This includes content creation, broadcast management, and campaign optimization.

Brand & Market Awareness:

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials consistently adhere to Better Homes' brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all platforms.
  • Market Research: Proactively stay informed on the latest trends in digital design and real estate marketing, with a specific focus on the off-plan sector, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with the marketing team, sales team, and other relevant stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Project Management: Independently manage multiple design and advertising projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and proactive communication of progress to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Extensive Digital Advertising Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in digital design, with a significant and proven focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for off-plan real estate.
  • Proven Campaign Success: Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful off-plan marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on quantifiable results and demonstrable ROI improvements from ad campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with platform certifications being highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Canva and Figma.
  • Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Canva, Unbounce, Leadpages) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), including automation features.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for producing high-quality, impactful work.
  • HTML/CSS experience is considered a valuable plus.
