The User Experience Designer will work closely with our Senior UX Designers to conceptualise and design beautiful, usable and engaging experiences for our clients.

\Main Responsibilities\

  • Drive thoughtful design decisions and bring user journeys to life through various design deliverables.\
  • Participate in discovery and creative workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.\
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to understand user trends and provide data-driven recommendations.\
  • Conduct competitor research to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends.\
  • Apply heuristic analysis to identify usability problems and suggest solutions.\
\Requirements\
  • \
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design case studies.\
  • Experience working with digital platforms and diverse industries.\
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience.\
  • Fluency in industry software including Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision, and DSM.\
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, Hotjar/UXCam, and Google Analytics.\
