Job Description

This role is only open to applicants within Dubai UAE – no relocation.

We are looking for a new team member for Intel's EMEA Marketing Team. As part of our EMEA team, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-national environment and be part of a bigger international virtual team in the US.

In this role, you are responsible EMEA-wide for the development and activation of marketing strategy for Intel's B2B product portfolio and coordinating their launch in the Middle East market with a focus on AI and account-based marketing.

You create and activate campaigns and ensure alignment to the overarching product goals, marketing, and sales KPIs through frequent pro-active engagement with technology & sales communities on relevant paid media digital channels, industry events, and Intel-led accounts in the Middle East. You will build presence on emerging online platforms. You measure and monitor insights based on social listening and sales results.

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for a field marketing specialist and digital native who is tech-savvy and has excellent communication and event project management skills in the Middle East.

You fulfill the following criteria:

  1. English fluent in both verbal and written communication.
  2. Additional Arabic fluent is mandatory.
  3. Significant Project Management Skills across multiple internal and external partner stakeholders.
  4. Self-Starter and Team Player.
  5. Exceptional stakeholder management to drive the right level of alignment between Sales & Marketing and regional/local needs to drive demand and foster growth.
  6. Strong experience in content and campaign creation.
  7. Strong organizational, influencing skills, and collaboration skills.
  8. Innovative thinking, excellent communication skills (communities).
  9. You need to understand the specifics of the diverse multicultural UAE/KSA markets.
  10. You will assess competitive landscape and addressable markets in UAE/KSA.
  11. Forging alignment across internal, external & governmental stakeholders.
  12. Profound experience in conception and implementation of digital customer experiences including nurturing and analysis of personas.
  13. BA/MBA or equivalent degree in marketing and communication with some experience in similar positions – government experience & high tech of 3 – 5 years.
  14. Significant project management skills.
  15. Experience with tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, and leading-edge online platforms are an advantage (Reddit, Stack Overflow, GitHub, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Working Model
