Digital Marketing Operations Manager

As a Operations Manager at NEXA Digital, you will manage and streamline workflow processes, establish best practices, and ensure the execution of high-quality digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing both workflows and policies across digital marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations within an agency, process management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and continually optimize workflows for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that every team member knows their role, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Standardize and document digital marketing processes (e.g., content creation, approval workflows, campaign execution) to ensure consistency and reduce inefficiencies.
- Optimize cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, design, content, analytics, and other relevant teams.
- Conduct regular reviews of workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Review, update and create digital marketing policies, procedures, and guidelines for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Regularly review and update processes, policies, and protocols to reflect best practices, new tools, or shifts in market trends.
- Integrate and maintain platforms to enhance workflow automation, data collection, reporting, and campaign execution.
- Advocate for the adoption of new technologies or software that can streamline workflows and improve digital marketing outcomes.
- Ensure that workflows and processes are designed to optimize resource allocation, reducing wasted time and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that all digital marketing campaigns are executed within budget and resource constraints while adhering to established workflows.
- Collect, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that workflows are aligned with reporting structures.
- Generate insights from campaign data to improve both marketing strategies and workflow processes.
- Use data-driven feedback to improve workflow efficiency and make informed recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and content creation processes.
- Expertise with project management software (e.g., Forecast app, Click-up, Wrike) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Be somebody who can excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment requiring a blend of technical, analytical and commercial knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
