Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Develop Strategic Brilliance: Craft comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences, ensuring measurable results.
Content Creation Expertise: Collaborate with talented designers and animators to create compelling video edits and captivating visuals that resonate with audiences.
Content Calendar Mastery: Maintain a well-structured content calendar across various social media platforms, guaranteeing timely and relevant posts.
Influencer Engagement: Work closely with influencers and influencer agencies to harness the power of influencer marketing.
Community Management: Regularly monitor and engage with comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels, fostering strong audience relationships.
Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze customer data and interactions to create insightful reports that drive future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Innovation Catalyst: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, staying at the forefront of social media trends and technologies.
Collaborative Partner: Assist the Social Media Team in building and executing social media strategies through research, benchmarking, and creative brainstorming.
Client-Centric: Support in developing pitch proposals for new inquiries and maintain strong client communication.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize social media management tools such as Social Bakers, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite effectively.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement monthly/quarterly social media strategies and plans, aligning them with client requirements.
Performance Evaluation: Generate monthly reports and provide valuable insights to clients, suggesting improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent client communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Min. 1-2 years experience in social media management and content creation.
2. A deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
3. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Client-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
