About Us:

Driven Properties is a premier real estate company based in Dubai, focused on providing top-tier services in property management and real estate investments. We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Yardi software solutions, ensuring that these systems are leveraged effectively to streamline financial operations and support business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi software, finance skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to provide exceptional support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the Yardi software systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  2. Provide user support and training for employees on the Yardi system.
  3. Develop and implement best practices for using Yardi software effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve system integration.
  5. Perform regular data analysis and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  6. Stay updated on software updates and new features, implementing them as appropriate.
  7. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Yardi.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience working with Yardi software in a real estate or property management context.
  3. Strong understanding of property management processes and operations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  8. Experience with other property management software systems is a plus.
  9. Candidates on their own visa are preferred for this role.
