Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in project planning, monitoring & controlling.
  2. Previous experience in Cost management & Earned Value calculations.
  3. Experience in tracking & reporting the projects.
  4. Technical knowledge in preparing projects balance sheets to control the project cost.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
  6. Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.
  7. Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for effective scheduling.
  8. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Cost Engineering (CCE) is highly preferred for credibility.
  9. Hands-on experience in managing budgets and understanding financial statements to drive cost efficiency.
  10. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to manipulate and interpret complex cost data.
  11. Exceptional communication skills to articulate project details and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  12. Proactive problem-solving abilities demonstrating resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
