Aruba Channel Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an Aruba Channel Sales Manager at Bits Secure I.T Infrastructure LLC. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales management activities on a day-to-day basis.
Serve as a trusted consultant to partners—including Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators, ISVs, and MSPs—helping them navigate industry trends in alignment with our business objectives.
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, utilizing data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Understand partner priorities, market trends, and IT investment strategies to effectively position our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to enhance market share and demonstrate sales leadership.
Organize and oversee partner-related activities, such as sales coordination, training, marketing, business planning, and executive briefings.
Design and execute marketing initiatives that align with customer needs.
Facilitate collaboration between field sales teams and partners through account mapping.
Implement strategies that leverage the collective strength of the partner ecosystem to boost revenue growth.
Encourage partners to expand their dedicated sales, technical, and solution architecture resources for our portfolio.
Tailor sales solutions based on partner customer profiles, integrating products, services, and technology alliances to meet business targets.
Recruit new partners and strengthen existing partnerships to maximize commitment and long-term growth.
Monitor partner sales activities, track pipeline development, and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong familiarity with the UAE market.
- 6-10+ years of sales experience, particularly in partner or end-user account management.
- Product knowledge for Aruba Networking.
- Experience in navigating complex partner sales environments.
- Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of emerging technology trends and their impact on partner ecosystems.
- Sales Expertise: Ability to influence partners, identify business opportunities, and leverage sales platforms to drive growth.
- Strategic Account Management: Deep understanding of financial and business fundamentals to craft strategic plans that benefit both partners and customers.
- Product & Solution Knowledge: Ability to compare products against competitors and recommend high-value solutions that align with business needs.
- Channel Industry Insight: Extensive knowledge of the partner landscape, including trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Strong ability to cultivate partnerships and integrate sales efforts across all levels of the business.
- Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in navigating discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of key financial principles, including revenue analysis and risk assessment, to position value-driven solutions.
- Sales Forecasting: Ability to anticipate partner needs, predict sales trends, and proactively address potential gaps.
