HR Analyst

At EKFC, we are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team This role focuses on developing and analyzing workforce reports, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends to support data-driven HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and contribute to key HR programs.
- Stay updated on evolving HR practices, employee retention strategies, and policies.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time insights into HR performance metrics.
- Develop, automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment.
- Develop and communicate the monthly dashboards and all relevant diagnostic reporting for the functions of HRBP, Employee Relations, and Recruitment.
- Assist the department in interpreting data trends to enhance talent management and performance, improve sourcing strategies and hiring timelines, and develop engagement strategies to boost employee well-being and retention.
- Translate the function and business requirements into reporting deliverables and ensure that proper documentation is created for repeatability and quality.
- Develop and work towards continuous improvement of predictive analytics for the function to report on HR trends.
- Conduct academic and best-practice research, compile technical and general-audience overviews of findings, and connect conclusions to practical application for the department.
- Form hypotheses, investigate data, and answer questions; compile reports and proactively develop and manage next steps based on the results.
- Contribute to advanced modeling projects, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools and predictive models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Data Analytics/Business Analytics.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR analytics.
- Experience gained within a large organization and a good understanding of applying a range of statistical methods.
Skills:
- Proficient and advanced user of MS Excel and Power BI, Power Query, DAX.
- Proven expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possesses analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to seek and synthesize information from a variety of sources and draw solid conclusions based on in-depth analysis.
- Ability to prioritize projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
