ADP is hiring an Implementation Consultant II. In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
  2. Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
  3. Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
  4. Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
  5. Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution
  6. Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
  7. Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
  8. Build long term relationship and trust
  9. Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service
  10. Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  1. At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment
  2. At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  2. Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  3. Strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
  4. Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  5. Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
  6. Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  7. Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  8. Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  9. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  10. Proficient using Microsoft Office

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $38,900.00 - $78,800.00 / Year.
