Distribution& Coverage Scope:
Theincumbent will be focused on origination and distribution of GlobalMarkets solutions across the targeted client base and geography. Astrong expectation to understand the client requirements andprovide a highquality distribution service to the targetedclients.
Responsibilities/Coverage:
- Originationand distribution of Global Markets solutions to key target clientsmeeting revenue and sales targets.
- Develop& deepen client relationships through regular engagementthought leadership and solution driven approach aimed at buildinglongterm partnerships with key accounts.
- Ensureadherence to all GM Sales requirements across the client which areinline with FABs regulatory compliance and best practicestandards.
- Ensure high quality execution andbuild/maintain strong relationship with GM product Coverage teamsand the enablement functions.
- Strong teamplayer working closely with members of the GM Sales Team andsupporting as required.
- Ensure client /internal / monetary impacting issues are escalated appropriately toline manager within suitabletimeframe.
- Expectation to particpate in clientevents / forums / offsite events asrequired.
- Ensure maximum optimization ofcustomer flow activity and cross selling opportunities to producebest in class flow to grow the GMfranchise.
Coverage& Segment Coverage: Segment Coverage to beassigned per your linemanager.
ProductKnowledge: Incumbent is expected to provide multiasset class coverage. These include but are not limited to FX(including options) Money market Credit (Repo bonds) Interest ratederivatives Commodity solutions Equites Derivatives IslamicProducts. Candidate should be able to have indepthconversations with Credit/Risk/Legal/Compliance Department fordevelopment & delivering onbusiness.
GeographicalCoverage: Geographical coverage can include onecountry/region and extended to global coverage as required by yourassigned linemanager.
ManagerialDuties: You may be assigned a mangerial duty whichcan extend to managing an assigned intern graduate AFAQor assigned indivdual /team with in Global MarketsSales.

- Degreein Finance Accounting Economics Commerce or relevantdisciplines.
MinimumExperience & Attributes:
- Minimum 510 years ofrelevant experience.
- Ready pool of clientrelationships large and midsized corporates & institutionalclients across Europe
- Knowledge of GlobalMarket products including risk valuations XVA pricing andRAROC.
- Direct Customer support / Client Serviceexperience.
- Strong and effective communicationsand analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge inusing range of MIS & performance metrics to drive clientportfolio growth.
- Experience of working in ahigh volume and highpressureenvironment.
- Experience of interaction withother regional and global teams.
- Regionaland/or foreign language skills would be an addedadvantage.
- Strong team player with ability toaccommodate a range of views and drive teamperformance.
- Confident at communication to alllevels of internal and external clients business partners andtechnology.
