Executive Assistant to Chief Executive OfficerWe are seeking an intelligent, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing daily operations, strategic coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing organizational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to connect the CEO’s vision with team execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the CEO’s daily schedule, organizing meetings, appointments, and ensuring all engagements are well-prepared.Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of instructions and deadlines.Coordinate and organize internal meetings, tracking progress and outcomes while ensuring tasks are followed up by the relevant teams.Draft, review, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations for accuracy and completeness before presenting them to the CEO.Utilize advanced tools and technologies (AI-based systems, digital calendars, and task trackers) to streamline workflow.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Collaborate with departments to gather and review reports, ensuring deliverables are complete and ready for the CEO’s review.Assist the CEO in financial reviews by compiling and summarizing key data when necessary.Monitor deadlines and task progress, escalating issues only when critical.Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Key Skills and Competencies:Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex schedules efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Advanced knowledge of digital tools (CRM systems, project management platforms, AI tools).Attention to Detail: Ensuring all documents and communications meet high standards of accuracy.Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact professionally across departments.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues independently.Financial Awareness: Ability to assist with basic financial summaries and reports.Collaboration: Work effectively across departments to align deliverables with the CEO’s expectations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 3-5 years supporting senior executives, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern project management tools.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: AdministrativeIndustries: Retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
