  • Strongknowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity withapplicant tracking systems.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and digital communicationskills.
  • Ability to travel freely within Mena,Asia and Europe up to 30% for recruitmentevents.
  • Highly organized project managementskills and obsessive follow-up and responsiveness with strongattention to detail supporting allstakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and able to workindependently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledgeof diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is aplus.
