Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • 6+ years in a recruitment role including 2+ years specifically dedicated to early career recruiting programs.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
  • Ability to travel freely within Mena, Asia and Europe up to 30% for recruitment events.
  • Highly organized project management skills and obsessive follow-up and responsiveness with strong attention to detail supporting all stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus.
  • Be currently based within the UAE
