Summary:

Our client, a forward-thinking investment company in Abu Dhabi, is currently in search of a hands-on and strategic Director of Communication to oversee the communication strategy of the organisation, establish, and drive a multi-channel communications strategy for the entity.

The Role:

  1. Develop brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
  2. Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
  3. Manage public perception of the company, incorporating marketing and communication strategies while understanding the importance of timing in setting messages.
  4. Lead a team of communication, marketing, and design professionals, assisting in the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content.
  5. Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Manage presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  7. Create a budget for the communications team and ensure compliance.

Client Requirements:

  1. UAE National with Family book.
  2. Minimum 15 years' relevant experience within a similar or related sector.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies.
  4. Understanding of copywriting, graphic design, layout, and publishing.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
  6. Experience with search engine marketing, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  7. Impeccable copywriting and copy editing abilities.
  8. Strong leadership track record and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  9. Stellar verbal communication and presentation skills.
