JobPurpose
Achieves staffingobjectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates advisingmanagers attracting applicants by placing job advertisements aswell as other support and administrative tasks in the recruitmentdepartment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conductingrecruitment activities related to posting vacancies SABIS Careersand external portals screening and shortlisting resumes sending andshortlisting application forms and scheduling interviews with linemanagers in order to support school staffingneeds.
- Documenting feedback related toapplicants in order to keep a reliablerecord.
- Contributing to candidate sourcing bycoordinating job fairs and related activities as well as networkingwith university placement offices.
- Conductinginterviews for local and expatriate nonnative positions as and whenrequired.
- Liaising with the hiring managers forinterview feedbacks transfers and/or any other neededinformation.
- Updating the recruitment databasefor CVs collected from external sources to maintain records of themfor current and/or future vacancies.
- Managingall communication and paperwork associated with new recruitsincluding but not limited to the issuance of the letter of intentcontract application form confidentiality/waiver agreement andreference check.
- Collecting and assembling alldocuments for the personnel file and keeping all relevant partiesinformed as needed.
- Updating employee files inan accurate and timely manner so that all personnel data isefficiently recorded stored and retrieved asneeded.
- Supporting in the implementation andadministration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) toensure that it is used effectively within theorganization.
- Updating the monthly recruitmentreport for the department in order to keep all relevant partieswellinformed on the recruitment needs and the number of vacanciesfilled.
- Supporting the various SABISrecruitment functions and performing other related tasks as neededand requested by management.
IdealRequirements:
- Bachelors degree inbusiness administration or equivalent. (HR focus/specialization isa plus)
- EnglishProficient
- 02 years ofexperience
- Professional behavior and ethicalconduct
- Excellent communicationskills
- Ability to work within ateam
EmploymentRequirements:
