- Establish keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation mechanisms to measurethe effectiveness of training programs, adjusting training planbased on performancemetrics.
- Stay abreast ofindustry trends, innovations, and best practices, integratingrelevant insights into training programs to maintain a competitiveedge in servicedelivery.
- Develop andimplement crisis management training to ensure staff readiness inhandling unforeseen situations, maintaining service quality duringchallengingtimes.
- Administerend-to-end execution of training programs in terms of logistics,training materials and nomination of participants, and follow-upand feedback andevaluation.
