Our preferred candidate will demonstrate:Experience in Waterpark/Themepark Operations - the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and working within a waterpark or theme park environment, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Strong Staff Training & Development - we are looking for someone with significant experience in training staff effectively, focusing on both productivity and maintaining high standards of service.Leadership Skills - the candidate should be able to lead and mentor team leaders and clerks, guiding them on how to conduct themselves professionally in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.Guest Experience Focus - the Assistant Manager must understand that waterparks are places of fun and relaxation for guests who are on vacation.
