The Sr. TeamLeader Telecom SMB Hunting Business is a sales leader ofprofessionals whose primary job is to acquire new Small and MediumBusiness (SMB) clients. The role includes driving revenuesdeveloping business strategies and managing team performancetowards meeting ambitious revenuetargets.

MajorResponsibilities:


Sales& BusinessDevelopment:

Manage a teamof Senior Sales Executives & Sales Executive to acquire newSMB customers of telecom services andproducts.

Develop and executestrategic sales plans to meet revenue and growthtargets.

Identify prospective businessopportunities develop leads and convert them into longtermcustomers.

Build solid relationshipswith key decisionmakers in the SMBaccounts.

Conduct sales presentationsproduct demonstrations and negotiations to closedeals.


TeamLeadership & PerformanceManagement:

Set clearobjectives and performance targets for teammembers.

Provide coaching and ongoingperformance feedback to maximize saleseffectiveness.

Monitor and analyzesales performance taking remedial action asrequired.

Market& IndustryAnalysis:

Stay uptodate withindustry trends competitor activity and marketforces.

Develop strategies to placethe companys offerings distinctively visaviscompetition.

Provide inputs andrecommendations to the management team for product/servicedevelopment.

Process& OperationalEfficiency:

Follow companypolicies pricing models and salesprocedures.

Utilize CRM tools to tracksales pipeline customer interactions and performanceindicators.

Collaborate with internaldepartments (marketing product and customer support) for efficientdelivery of services.

ClientRelationshipManagement:

Establish goodrapport with SMB customers to develop longterm businessrelationship.

Address customercomplaints and provide remedies to ensure customers aresatisfied.

Detect opportunities forcrosssale and upselling other telecommunicationservices.

Ability to drive B2B sales intelecom arena.

Irreproachablenegotiating competence and excellent communicationskills.

Requirements

Education& ExperienceBackground:

Bachelor/Mastersdegree in Business Selling Advertisement and marketing or similarfield.

Selling telecommunicationexperience with min. 5 years possessing at least 2 years experienceof supervisory ability.

Desirableprior work experience in SMB sales/huntingbusiness.

Sufficient knowledge ontelecom products services and markettrends.



Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or arelated field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years ofexperience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSMconnections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On). Valid driver slicense and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills andCompetencies: Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experiencepreferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
