Executive CRM Leader: Gaming

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Director - Gaming Marketing CRM to lead the enterprise CRM strategy across Gaming, Hotel, and related channels. You will define CRM contact governance, partnering with property leadership to optimize customer communications and profitability, and oversee the roadmap for CRM technology and deployments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in CRM/Marketing tech leadership, strong SQL/Teradata skills, and experience with Salesforce and CDP platforms.
