In this dynamic role as a Superintendent, you will be responsible for attending meetings with clients and contractors, directing day-to-day on-site supervision of the field labor force, and reviewing project budgets and general conditions estimates. Your duties will also include approving Trade Contractor Payment Applications in coordination with the Project Manager, developing and maintaining site logistics plans, conducting quality and safety inspections, and managing schedules. You will be expected to prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports, participate in project meetings, and review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.
