PositionOverview:

AtkinsRealis is seekingan experienced Information Manager with expertise in sitesupervision to oversee and manage the project information systemsfor a largescale Building project in the UAE. The successfulcandidate will ensure that all project information is accuratelycaptured processed and shared across stakeholders with a particularfocus on the site supervision aspects. This role requires deepknowledge of LOD 400 and 500 standardsand must be filled by a candidate who is fluent in Arabic ascommunication with local teams and stakeholders iskey.

KeyAccountabilities:

InformationManagement:

• Develop andmanage systems to collect store and distribute all projectinformation in alignment with project goals timelines andregulatory requirements.
• Oversee the accuracyand completeness of all information shared across teams includingconstruction design and client teams.
• Implementand manage tools for document control BIM integration and site datamanagement to ensure smooth projectexecution.
• Manage LOD 400 and 500 (Level ofDevelopment) BIM models to ensure the information is accurateupdated and shared effectively across relevant projectteams.

SiteSupervision:

• Ensurethat sitebased project information is accurately captured monitoredand reported ensuring the smooth flow of information between thesite and the project office.
• Coordinate withthe site supervision team to collect data regarding ongoing worksincluding progress reports construction schedules and technicalissues.
• Monitor the timely submission of sitereports inspection logs and construction progressrecords.
• Contractors BIM experience isadvantageous with an understanding of driving BIM project fromdesign construction to handoverstage.

Coordination andLiaison:

• Work closelywith project managers engineers architects contractors and clientsto ensure seamless communication and dataflow.
• Act as the central point of contact forall information managementrelated queries from the site supervisionteam.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions oninformation management and issue resolution with internal teams andexternalstakeholders.

QualityControl:

• Ensure thatall site information and documentation meet the required qualitystandards and comply with projectspecifications.
• Conduct regular audits ofproject information to ensure that the correct data is being sharedand utilized by the relevant parties.
• Addressand resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the projectsinformation especially as it relates to site activities andconstructiondrawings.

Reporting andDocumentation:

• Prepareand deliver regular reports on the status of project informationincluding updates on LOD 400/500 models document control and anydatarelated issues onsite.
• Maintain anorganized archive of site data and project documents for easyretrieval and compliance audits.
• Providefeedback and recommendations for improving information managementpractices on theproject.

• InformationSystems: Set up and maintain systems for handlingproject documentation including drawings specifications contractsand schedules.
• Site DataManagement: Ensure accurate and uptodate projectdata is available for the site team and otherstakeholders.
• CollaborativeCommunication: Support and facilitate communicationacross all teams involved in the project from construction todesign to projectmanagement.
• Training andSupport: Train site personnel on informationmanagement tools procedures and standards including LOD 400/500specifications and document controlprotocols.
• RiskManagement: Identify potential risks related toinformation flow or document management and proposesolutions.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry standards local regulations andcompany policies concerning information management and dataprivacy.

KnowledgeSkills andExperience:

Knowledge:

• BIMand LOD Standards: Thorough understanding ofLOD 400/500 models and theirapplication in construction and site supervision. Ability to workwith and manage detailed BIM models in collaboration with designand constructionteams.
• InformationManagement: Indepth knowledge of document controldata management and project collaboration tools (e.g. ProcoreAconex ACC Asite).
• SiteSupervision: Experience with onsite constructionmanagement and supervision of Building & Infrastructureprojects ensuring timely and accuratereporting.
• ConstructionPractices: Familiarity with construction drawingsproject scheduling and engineering specifications in the context oflargescale Buildingprojects.

• ArabicFluency: Proficient in Arabic (spoken and written)with the ability to communicate effectively with local teamscontractors andclients.

• TechnologyProficiency: Proficiency in software tools relatedto information management and construction project management (e.g.MS Project BIM toolsAconex).

Experience:

• Minimum10 years of experience in information management andsite supervision preferably in largescale Building andinfrastructure projects.
• Significant experiencewith LOD 400/500 BIM standardsincluding managing detailed models for large constructionprojects.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC regionis highly desirable with knowledge of local standards regulationsand construction practices.
• Previousinvolvement in the construction and management of building projectsis a strong advantage.
• Must have extensiveunderstanding of 4D & 5D deliverables and relatedprotocols.
• Drives the strategic planning andmanagement of BIM functions included but not limited managing theproduction of Asset Information Model (AIM) with the relatedO&M data by usingCOBie.
• Must be fluent inArabic

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Architecture Mechanical or CivilEngineering Construction Management Information Management or arelated discipline.
• Certification inBIM (e.g. Revit Navisworks) orProject Management (e.g. PMP) is anadvantage.
• Proficiency inEnglish is required for communication withinternational teams andclients.
