- Undertaking activitieswith all children to ensure their safety and facilitate theirphysical, emotional and educationaldevelopment.
- Carry out planned educationalactivities and programs of learning whilst promoting independentlearning.
- To provide a high standard of careand educate working within the framework of the Early YearsFoundation Stage
- Works to establish asupportive relationship with children and parents concerned andinteract with them according to their individualneeds.
- Encourage acceptance and inclusion ofall children and use appropriate skills to adapt activitiesnecessary to meet the needs of all students.
- Tomonitor, assess and record children's individual needswith the Learning and Development ProfileBook.
- To develop action plans where necessaryto support children's learning.
- To beresponsible for the care, welfare, health and safety and securityof all children within the Nursery.
- To act as apositive role model and encourage positive behavior in line withinthe Nurseries Policies and Procedures
- To assumeresponsibility for the preparation of displays, assuring theystimulate vocal and receptive responses
- Toparticipate in assessments of and preparing reports onchildren's work and development
- Toactively participate in training programs, attending professionaldevelopment activities as appropriate and actively contribute totheir annual appraisal.
- To contribute to thesocial and extra curriculum activities of the Nursery and assistwith the organisation of such as required.
- Toleave the Nursery ready for the following session, ensuring thatplans are ready to be implemented and resourcesavailable
- All letters to parents to beauthorized by management.
What are we lookingfor:
- University degree in Early Childhood/ Education or other specialization provided that it is accompaniedby a certified vocational certificate in the care and education ofearly childhood children (level III).
- Or a highschool diploma provided that they are combined with a certifiedvocational certificate in the care and education of early childhoodchildren (Cache Level 3) with at least two years of experience inthe care or education of children

- Problem-Solving inPlay: Encouraging children to think creatively whilesolving problems during play and groupactivities.
- ClassroomDisplays: Using creative displays and materials tomake the classroom environment engaging and inspiring for younglearners.

- UnderstandingMilestones: Knowing the typical developmental stagesof children in the nursery age range and planning activities tosupport thesemilestones.
- BehaviorManagement: Using developmentally appropriatetechniques to guide children's behavior, helping themunderstand boundaries and developself-regulation.
- Early Literacyand Numeracy: Introducing children to basic conceptsin language, math, and problem-solving through play and structuredactivities.

- AdaptingPlans: Being flexible in adjusting lesson plansbased on children's interests, needs, or unexpectedcircumstances.
