Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Learn to understand client staffing needs and collaborate with our recruitment team.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Receive training on creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Must know how to speak Tagalog and English.
  • No prior experience in sales is necessary. We value enthusiasm, a pleasing personality, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn about the recruitment industry and employment trends.
