Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who can work across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective business development strategies to attract new clients to Kayzin, while managing and nurturing existing client accounts. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to meet a variety of client recruitment needs. This position offers the opportunity to work in both business development and talent acquisition, ensuring a dynamic and impactful role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Engagement: Actively support efforts to grow the business by identifying and engaging with potential clients across various sectors.
2. Market Research & Insights: Develop in-depth market insights to pinpoint leading employers across diverse industries, positioning Kayzin as a go-to recruitment partner.
3. Job Posting & Candidate Attraction: Craft and distribute job postings on targeted IT platforms, social media, and relevant channels to attract top talent.
4. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates at all levels—from junior to senior roles and niche specialists—for leading global companies, ensuring a high caliber of talent.
5. Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, presenting clients with only the most qualified and suitable professionals.
6. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate database (CRM) to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for future opportunities.
7. Hiring Strategy Consulting: Provide clients with tailored hiring strategies, adapting methods and approaches to meet specific recruitment needs.
8. Networking & Relationship Building: Attend industry-specific events, networking to build professional connections and expand Kayzin's reach.
9. Client Portfolio Expansion: Nurture and grow a portfolio of clients by delivering expert advice and fostering long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.
10. Lead Generation: Leverage your professional network to generate new business leads and connect with prospective clients.
11. Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates both online and offline, enhancing the employer brand and attracting top talent to the company.
12. Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices to ensure a high standard of performance across the team.
13. Social Media Presence: Build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms with regular, engaging posts to enhance visibility.

Required Skills:

• Recruitment Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a recruitment agency is essential.
• 360 Recruitment Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment process.
• UAE Experience: UAE experience is essential.
• Knowledge of job boards and LinkedIn functionalities to effectively source candidates.
• Practical experience conducting interviews using platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate job requirements clearly.
• Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development to identify and engage new clients.
• Diverse Industry Exposure: Experience working across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
• Experience in managing client accounts and understanding their recruitment needs.
