  • Assist with preparingHR reports such as leave balances and trainingrecords.
  • Help in preparingdocumentation for HR audits and legalcompliance.
  • Maintain employeetraining records andcertificates.
  • Assist in ensuringcompany policies are compliant with UAE laborlaws
  • Support HR in preparingdocumentation for regulatory requirements andaudits.
  • Ensure confidentiality ofemployee information in line with companypolicies.
  • Perform daytodayadministrative tasks related to HRoperations.
  • Assist in schedulingtraining sessions and employeemeetings.
  • Support HR in organizinginternal events such as employee training or teambuildingactivities.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Previous experience in an HRoperations or administrative role ispreferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Excel Word PowerPoint) is amust.
  • Strong communication skills inboth Arabic and English (written andverbal).
  • Strong organizationalskills and attention todetail.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
  • Excellenttimemanagement skills and ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Friendly approachableand capable of working well in a teamenvironment.
  • Detailoriented andhighly organized.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to handle employee queriesprofessionally.
