JobSummary: 
The MEP Manager isresponsible for overseeing the design review installation testing& commissioning of mechanical electrical and plumbingsystems in construction projects. This role involves coordinatingwith architects engineers and contractors to ensure that all MEPsystems are integrated into the overall project design and meet therequired standards andregulations.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseethe design review and installation of MEP systems for constructionprojects.
  • Ensure MEP systems comply withbuilding codes and safetyregulations.
  • Coordinate with architectsengineers and other construction professionals to integrate MEPsystems into the overall project design.
  • Managea team of mechanical electrical and plumbing engineers andinspectors.
  • Inspect and verify the quality ofequipment and systems.
  • Ensure all MEP works arecompleted within the set timeline andbudget.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that mayaffect the project schedule.
  • Provide technicaladvice and solve problems onsite.
  • Preparereports and project updates formanagement.
  • Participate in project meetings anddiscussions with clients asnecessary.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering or arelated field.
  • Minimum of 57 years ofexperience in MEP management in construction projects with overall1215 years of postgraduate workexperience
  • Strong knowledge of building codessafety regulations and industrystandards.
  • Excellent project management andorganizational skills.
  • Ability to lead andmanage a team effectively.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency inrelevant software andtools.

PreferredQualifications:

  • ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license or equivalentcertification.
  • Experience with largescaleconstruction projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainableand energyefficient MEPsystems.
