We are looking to hire an experiencedcustomeroriented telesales executive to utilize inbound andoutbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesalesexecutives responsibilities include crossselling or upselling ourproducts where possible receiving incoming telephone calls andassisting with customer inquiries as well as maintaining anaccurate record of all calls made and received. You should also beable to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customercomplaints.

To be successful as a telesalesexecutive you should be persuasive and able to work in ahighpressure environment. Ultimately a topperforming telesalesexecutive should be able to follow sales scripts as well asdemonstrate exceptional communication negotiation and customerservice skills.

Telesales ExecutiveResponsibilities:
  • Calling existingand potential customers to persuade them to purchase companyproducts and services.
  • Accurately recordingdetails of customers purchaseorders.
  • Processing all customer purchasesaccordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for theoutside sales team to pursue.
  • Managing customeraccounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied withcompany products and services.
  • Developing andsustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeatbusiness.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by thecompany to drive sales and respond to customerrejections.
  • Developing indepth knowledge ofcustomer products and services to make suitable recommendationsbased on customers needs andpreferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceedingdaily and monthly targets with respect to call volume andsales.
Telesales ExecutiveRequirements:
  • High school diploma orGED.
  • Bachelors or associates degree inmarketing communications business administration or related fieldis preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional(CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • Provenexperience working as a telesalesexecutive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Officeapplications.
  • The ability to followscripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultativesales skills.
  • Excellent organizational andproblemsolving skills.
  • Effective communicationskills.
  • Exceptional customer serviceskills.
