Sales Supervisor Medical Devices

- Identifyand target potential clients understanding their needs andpresenting appropriate medical devices to solve theirproblems.
- Ensure customersatisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing postsalessupport for medical deviceproducts.
- Stayupdated on the latest medical devices in thecompanys portfolio understanding product features benefits andtechnical specifications.
- Keepabreast of trends in the medical device industrycompetitor products and healthcare marketdynamics.
- Educate the sales team andclients on the clinical and operational benefits of the companysproducts.
- Monitorsales performance providing regular reports on sales metricsforecasts and results to seniormanagement.
- Use CRMsoftware to track sales activities customer interactionsand progress toward goals.
- Analyzesales data to identify opportunities for improvement adjustments instrategy and areas where the team can increaseefficiency.
- Ensurethat the sales team adheres to all relevant healthcare regulationsincluding FDA CE and localmedical device standards.
- Workclosely with the regulatory affairs andquality assurance teams to ensure compliance inall sales activities.
- Ensure thatall product information and claims made during the sales processare compliant with medical and legalstandards.
- Conductongoing training for the sales team covering product knowledgesales techniques customer service and regulatoryrequirements.
- Mentor new salesrepresentatives helping them to understand the complexities ofmedical device sales and supporting theirdevelopment.
- Provide coaching andfeedback to enhance the teams sales skills and productknowledge.
- Workclosely with marketing product development and customerservice teams to align sales efforts with productlaunches promotions and customerneeds.
- Provide feedback from thefield to the product development team regarding customerpreferences and suggestions for new features orproducts.
- Ensure effectivecoordination between sales and operational teams for smooth orderfulfillment and customerservice.
Requirements Minimum5 years of experience in the UAE in asupervisory or senior saleslevel. Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing.Candidate must have aUAE driving license and ownvehicle.
