Make reservations for dining outlets arranged as part of clients' bookings.

Support in preparing proposals, contracts, and internal BEO as required.

Block guest rooms and function spaces in property management software.

Set up a filing system for all relevant and important correspondence or documents.

Set up a commercial database according to specific sources, updating and maintaining the systems accurately.

Update the guest database regularly.

Implement a daily follow-up system.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Thoroughly familiarize oneself with the hotel's emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergencies which may occur.

Be familiar with all related company documentation, especially the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.

Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.

Carry out any other reasonable tasks (which may not be stated here) as requested.


Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel and a high school degree.
