  • As an IOAssistant Lifestyle Manager, you will at times be required to beon-site at the various locations that our members will be visitingto create a welcoming arrival experience and ensure that thefacility and staff have the context and supplies required todeliver a world-class experience.
  • Understandthe financial context to membership decisions. Assess the value ofindividual services / benefits, and to be able to add or removeline items from an invoice.
  • Maintain knowledgein hospitality best practices in greeting, payment, and preferencetracking.

AboutYou

The ideal candidate forthis position will have the following experience andqualifications:

  • 1 to 3years of experience in any of the following sectors/areas: PersonalAssistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and orAccount Management, luxury travel &leisure.
  • Strong ability to build aprofessional yet intimate relationship with their members, so to beable to anticipate their members' needs and deliverhighly personalized experiences
  • We believe thesuccessful candidate will have a desire to learn about andunderstand HNW lifestyles, expectations, needs and preferences inDubai and the UAE specifically.
  • The successfulcandidate will have shown a winning attitude, interest in workingwith people from diverse backgrounds and a can-do mentality.
  • Strong ability to ruthlessly prioritize work,meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively underpressure.
  • A successful candidate will bewilling to be in-touch and on-call, accountable and available totheir members at all times.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills and a desire to communicatewith HNW clients.
  • Some understanding ofrequirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent,high-net worth individuals.
  • Working knowledgeof Dubai and UAE attractions, restaurants, hotels, wellness,entertainment, and events
