  • Instructing Telemetry Unit staff onpatient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaboratingwith healthcare specialists and reporting changes and deterioratingconditions.
  • Explaining tests results andprocedures to patients and their families, as well as answeringquestions.
  • Advising patients on post-hospitalcare, including prescribed medicine, home care protocols, diseaseprevention, and lifestyle changes.
