  • Ensure the proper appearance(condition of uniforms) and grooming of assigned staffmembers.
  • Assists in the implementation ofmanpower retention plans and in communicating recruiting needs tothe HR Department
  • Coaches and trains employeesin order to improve performance and to achieve the departmentsobjectives targets through Onthejobtraining and dailymeetings.
  • Manages the Store staff workingschedules.
  • Establish rotation schedule of newemployees and trainees.
  • Motivates and developsstaff in order to encourage their professionaldevelopment.
  • Evaluates the performance of allStore employees ensuring that reviews are delivered to the HRDepartment on time.
  • Suggests to RestaurantManager the proposed salary reviews personnel actions promotionsand provides feedback to employees.
  • Maintainsdiscipline recommends and administers corrective action throughreports addressed to the HR Department through the RestaurantManager.
  • Handles guest problems andcomplaints.
  • Meets with guests on an informalbasis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on qualityof food and beverage service levels and overallsatisfaction.
  • Maintains an efficient orderingsystem to ensure that all necessary store and office supplies areavailable as needed.
  • Assists in executingphysical inventories with the collaboration of thestorekeeper.
Who Are WeLooking For
  • 3 years ofrelevant experience in operations and culinary management withinF&B industry/lounges.
    • Excellentknowledge of Food Legislation Relevant Codes of Practice &Quality Standards and Health & SafetyLegislation
    • Restaurant and Kitchen Managementexperience.
    • Strong background in a fast foodand delivery environment
    • Exceptionalcommunication and organizationalskills
