KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provide support to the payroll teamin troubleshooting and resolving issues during the Workdayimplementation.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, andHRIS teams to create test plans, analyze test cases, and identifyand escalate issues to appropriateteams.
  • Manage system upgrades and participatein the evaluation of new system features, testing, and providinggo/no-go recommendations.
  • Assist with theconfiguration, development, and guidance of Workday'spayroll system to ensure a smooth transition from the currentsystem.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent datamanagement throughout the company by overseeing HRIS dataentries.
  • Provide training, guidance, technicalsupport, and troubleshooting to all HRISusers3.
  • Create and maintain reports forcompensation-related items and assist with the implementation ofbenefit plans and annual enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workdaypayroll HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of payrollprocesses and systems.
  • Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention todetail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workon-site in Kansas City, MO
