DataCollection inField

  • Required to visitoutlets at the time and date according to theirschedule.
  • Complete Front Page form in everyshop visited with all the requestedinformation.
  • Each auditor is allocated a numberof outlets of different types which is to be referred to as his/herPanel.  As far as this panel is concerned auditor isresponsible to clear the number of items in the ICquestionnaire.
  • Return completed questionnaireto the field office according to the given schedule. Beforesubmitting the questionnaire Item description segments pricebarcodes and item codes should be validated carefully. Alsowherever there is permission to capture the image the pictures ofthe product should be uploaded in epics through Nielsen ProductPicture (NPP). There should not be any compromise on quality ofinformation collected.
  • Average number of itemscleared up per day should be not less than65.

Supporton

  • Collecting the newcategory / characteristics opening based on the specificrequests.
  • Purchase of the items based on theOperations and adhoc requirement.
  • Additionaloffice activities related with IC questionnaire preparation andqualitycontrol.
  • Queries.
  • PanelCensus Informationcollection.
     
  • Maintainhealthy relation with the retailers / shopkeepers. Notify thesupervisor about outlets refusing cooperation or any otherdifficulties encountered.
  • Proactively capturethe complete barcode description price and relevant information andreport back to office for new launches for the regular SKU andpromotion.
  • Before the start of each auditperiod the auditor must attend the briefing/training session; eachnew auditor must attend an intensive initial training session. Theauditor will be explained his/her duties and responsibilities thefieldwork procedures how to describe correctly the various itemsaudited and other client specific requests.  The auditorwill also be taken through a spot training with visits to localoutlets.
  • Needs to develop new product launchreport which should include required characteristics with clearimage and submit frequently
  •  Adherenceto Nielsen Code of Condut

    FieldUpdatesresponsibilities 

  • Collectuseful information from the field that take a place in therespective market and prepare sufficient market highlightsreport.
  • Ensure distribution of gifts given toretail shops at the ratio defined by the supervisor and uponcompletion get a receiptform.

Qualifications:

  • Good inCommunication: English Speaking Reading andWriting
  •  Computer Knowledge ( MSOffice : Excel Word Outlook) Driving License with car required forFieldcoordination
