The IT Helpdesk Support is responsible forproviding enduser support related to all Level 1. ensuring that theperformance and availability of the IT Network Infrastructure atthe site is healthy and always functional
SupportEngineer and same is maintained to the highest standard withmaximum levels of productivity and efficiency. Support Engineer isresponsible for the ongoing support of systems and hardwareperipherals providing client support and working closely with usersto understand business needs. Expertise in troubleshootingmaintaining Service tickets and SLAsdesign.
- Advising systematic knowhow ofprocedures operations and workinstructions
- Provide firstline support to usersencountering technical issues.
- Diagnose andresolve basic hardware and softwareproblems.
- Follow up with users to ensure timelyresolution of their issues and maintain a high level of usersatisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues tohigherlevel support teams
- Good knowledge ofITSM tools.
- Checking systems and equipment forsubstandard performance ormalfunctioning
- Fixing systems and equipmentproblems
- Setting up of Peripherals (i.e.Laptop/Desktop/Printers) as per the compliance andpolicy.
- Good knowledge of backup software likeSynology.
- Good knowledge about Office365.
- Good Knowledge in Active DirectoryManagement DNS & DHCP
- Identifyingperformance problems andmalfunctions.
- Maintaining hardware andcorresponding documentation of fixes notes andrecommendations
- Managing routine preventiveprocedures; maintaining and monitoring networksecurity
- Analyzing and resolvingfaults.
- Monitoring network environments andproactively maintain infrastructure to preventfailures
- Updating process procedure and otherdocumentation
- Log and followup issues withVendors
- Perform health system checks on areasof responsibility
- Mapping clients requirementsand liaise with Group IT
- Designing deployingmaintaining and improving IT service delivery processes within thecorporate guidelines to ensure efficient ITdependent businessoperations and achieving corporateobjectives
- Ensured adherence to the SLA withinthe network
- Responsible for monitoring andtracking ITassets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor ofComputer Engineering orEquivalent
- Certifications in Cisco &MicrosoftPreferred

- 45years of experience.
- Proficient in DAX SQL anddata modeling.
- Extensive experience with cloudplatforms and data integrationstrategies.
Skills&Abilities
- NetworkManagement understanding.
- Familiarity with ITILand its applications.
- Work with reports androot cause analysis.
- Maintaindocumentation
- Maintain and ensure networkoperations.
- Monitor vendorSLAs.
- Work with vendors for a solution andtheirsupport.
