Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HRcertifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are aplus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices,employment laws, and recruitmentprocesses.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build effectiverelationships at all levels.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detailand the capacity to handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software andMicrosoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HR systems and tools ispreferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and adapt to changing priorities anddemands.
