Receptionist

- Operate Telephoneswitchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providinginformation, taking messages and schedulingappointments
- Receive incoming documents, recordand distribute to the addressee.
- Performadministrative support tasks.
- Filing andmaintain the records.
- Provide information aboutestablishment, such as location of departments or offices,employees within the organization, or servicesprovided.
- Check staff members'whereabouts and availability if asked orrequired
- Collect, sort, distribute and preparemail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Performduties such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines tomaintain lobby or reception area. (Plasma TV screen, visitorID's and Office Ipods.
- Organise andfollow-up timely document deliveries through online driverequest.
- Make travel and hotelarrangements.
- Submit timesheet ontime
- Any other tasks asrequired.
- Full time role (Mon-Fri), workinghours are from 8am – 4.30pm
