Our team owns building products for theonsite shopping CX of MENA customers. We are looking for a BusinessAnalyst to lead the efforts to quantify the customer funnel buildentitlements and automate the daily/weekly tracking of shoppingevents. The leader in this role is the starting point of productroadmap creation needs to demonstrate customer advocacy and developa strong hold on quantified customer behavior. This role partnerswith Product managers Tech and Business teams in MENA and WW toestablish feature value. It is placed in a fast paced ambiguousspace which will require the candidate to work with speed and depthall together. They will need to influence stakeholders and leadcommunication with L8 leaders.

Key job responsibilities
This roleowns shopping funnel entitlements and enables features to bequantified to establish their contribution to closing entitlementgaps. MENA is a dual language region and the role owns reporting ofshopping journeys in both languages for regular stakeholderreviews. The candidate will dive deep into platform impact oflaunched/in experiment features and lead course correction withProduct Managers. Data sources for customer events are notstandardized and this role also innovates for securing access tothe right customer event data to establish impact.

3 years ofanalyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc.experience
Experience with data visualization usingTableau Quicksight or similar tools
Experience with datamodeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R SAS andMatlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a databaseor data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process datafor modeling

Experience with AWS solutionssuch as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
Experience in datamining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment withlargescale complex datasets
