Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Finance or a related field; Masters degreepreferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience inthe banking or financial services industry with a focus on marketdevelopment and payment innovation
- Proven trackrecord of successfully developing and implementing strategies fornew market entry
- Extensive knowledge of paymentsystems technologies and emerging trends in financialservices
- Strong leadership skills withexperience managing and mentoring highperformingteams
- Excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities with a datadriven approach todecisionmaking
- Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to influence seniorstakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to driveinnovation and manage complex projects from conception toimplementation
- Indepth understanding ofregulatory environments in the UAE and international financialmarkets
- Proficiency in financial analysis andbusiness case development
- Ability to thrive ina fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing marketconditions
- Fluency in English required;knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is aplus
