This rolefunctions similarly to that of a Personal Assistant adhering to VIPprotocols handling confidential matters with discretion andensuring the smooth operation of daytoday tasks. Other duties andresponsibilities would include but not limitedto:
  • AgendaManagement & Coordination: Organize and maintain the dailyschedules of senior leaders coordinating meetings appointments andtravel arrangementsefficiently.
  • MeetingSupport: Take accurate minutes during meetings ensuring thedocumentation of key points and action items with followupcoordination asneeded.
  • IT& Technical Protocol: Assist with ITrelated tasks ensuringsmooth setups for meetings andpresentations.
  • Reports& Presentations: Prepare highquality PowerPointpresentations reports and documents. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Word Excel PowerPoint) isessential.

Requirements Tobe considered you need to meet the followingrequirements:
  • Minimum of7 years of relevant experience including at least 23 years in theUAE.
  • Industry preference: Holdingcompany experience is preferred but candidates with multinationalcorporation (MNC) experience are also encouraged toapply.
  • Proven experience in handlinghighlevel administrative duties and supporting seniorexecutives.
  • Fluent inEnglish with the ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency inArabic is aplus.
  • Proficiency inPowerPoint for creating professional presentations in both Englishand Arabic.
  • Strong expertise inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Ability to effectivelyinteract with senior executives and adapt communication styles tosuit diverse leadershippersonalities.
  • Excellentorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritize effectively.
  • Patience andadaptability in handling challenging situations and managingdifficult personalities.
  • Highlypresentable and professional demeanor with the ability to maintaincomposure in highpressuresituations.
  • Ability to handleconfidential information with discretion andintegrity.
