1. Lead Generation andClientAcquisition:
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sectorfocusing on residential commercial or industrial propertydevelopments.
  • Generate leads throughnetworking cold calling attending industry events and buildingrelationships with real estate developers investors and propertyowners.
  • Manage the sales pipelinenurturing relationships with potential clients to convert leadsinto profitable deals.
2.Market Research andAnalysis:
  • Conductdetailed market research to identify trends opportunities andchallenges in the real estateindustry.
  • Analyze local andinternational real estate markets including property values demandzoning regulations and investmentpotential.
  • Provide insights andrecommendations to senior management on emerging markets and newinvestmentopportunities.
3.Sales and DealNegotiation:
  • Developand present proposals for real estate projects addressing clientneeds budgets andtimelines.
  • Negotiate and close realestate transactions including property sales leases and developmentagreements ensuring favorable terms for thecompany.
  • Collaborate with legal andfinance teams to review contracts ensuring compliance with localregulations and companypolicies.
4.PartnershipDevelopment:
  • Buildand maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agenciesbrokers contractors and financialinstitutions.
  • Collaborate withinvestors developers and corporate clients to explore jointventures codevelopment opportunities and largescale real estateprojects.
  • Foster longtermrelationships with key stakeholders ensuring repeat business andreferrals.
5.Brand Building andMarketing:
  • Workclosely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategiesto promote the companys real estate portfolio andservices.
  • Represent the company atreal estate industry events conferences and exhibitions to enhancethe brands visibility andreputation.
  • Prepare and deliverpresentations marketing materials and sales pitches to potentialclients and partners.
6.ProjectCoordination:
  • Coordinatewith internal teams including construction legal finance andoperations to ensure the smooth of real estateprojects.
  • Monitor the progress ofreal estate transactions and projects ensuring they are completedon time and within budget.
  • Resolveany issues or obstacles that may arise during project workingclosely with all stakeholders to findsolutions.
7.Client RelationshipManagement:
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a highlevel of satisfaction and repeatbusiness.
  • Conduct postsale followupswith clients to address any concerns and gather feedback for futureimprovements.
  • Use CRMsoftware to track and manage client interactions salesprogress and followupactivities.
8.Reporting and PerformanceTracking:
  • Prepareregular reports on business development activities including leadgeneration deal status and revenueprojections.
  • Track performanceagainst sales targets and KPIs identifying areas for improvementand adjusting strategies asneeded.
  • Present findings andrecommendations to senior management on the success of businessdevelopmentefforts.


Requirements35years of experience in business development sales orclient acquisition in the real estateindustry.
Proven track record ofclosing real estate deals and meeting or exceeding salestargets.
Experience in working withresidential commercial or industrialpropertysectors.
