We are looking for an experienced PipelineDesigner to support the detailed engineering phase of a majoronshore oil and gas project. The ideal candidate will possessstrong expertise in pipeline design drafting and modeling ensuringalignment with industry standards and projectrequirements.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare detailed pipeline design deliverablesincluding alignment sheets route drawings isometrics andconstruction drawings.
  • Develop and update 3Dmodels for pipeline systems using software such as AutoCADMicroStation or SmartPlant 3D.
  • Ensure pipelinerouting and layouts are optimized for safety efficiency andconstructability.
  • Incorporate relevant pipelinecodes standards (e.g. ASME API) and client specifications intodesigns.
  • Assist in conducting pipeline stressanalysis material selection and wall thicknesscalculations.
  • Collaborate with engineers andother disciplines to ensure coordinated and clashfreedesigns.
  • Review vendor drawings and technicalspecifications to ensure compliance with projectrequirements.
  • Provide technical support duringproject phases including procurement fabrication andconstruction.
  • Maintain and organize designdocumentation for traceability and projectaudits.

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Drafting or arelated field.
  • 510 years of experience as aPipeline Designer for largescale onshore oil and gasprojects.
  • Proficiency in design software suchas AutoCAD MicroStation SmartPlant 3D orequivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline designstandards (e.g. ASME B31.4 ASME B31.8 API1104).
  • Familiarity with pipeline routingalignment sheets and topographicalintegration.
  • Experience working withmultidisciplinary teams on complex engineeringprojects.
  • Strong attention to detail andability to deliver highquality deliverables under tightdeadlines.
