We are seeking an experienced PipelineEngineer to join our team for a detailed engineering phase of anonshore oil and gas project. The successful candidate will work ondesigning analyzing and optimizing pipeline systems ensuringcompliance with industry standards and projectrequirements.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform detailed engineering for onshorepipeline systems including routing stress analysis and materialselection.
  • Develop pipeline design deliverablessuch as alignment sheets pipeline isometrics and piping classspecifications.
  • Conduct hydraulic and flowassurance studies to ensure optimal pipelineperformance.
  • Ensure designs comply withapplicable codes standards (e.g. ASME API) and projectspecifications.
  • Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams (civil mechanical process) to ensureseamless project execution.
  • Review vendordocuments technical drawings and ensure compatibility with projectrequirements.
  • Provide technical support duringprocurement fabrication and constructionstages.
  • Conduct risk assessments andparticipate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews to ensure safety in pipelinedesigns.
  • Monitor and address technical issuespromptly to minimize project delays.
  • Prepareand review project documentation including technical reports andprocedures.

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical EngineeringCivil Engineering or a related field.
  • 510 yearsof experience in pipeline engineering for largescale onshore oiland gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of detailedengineering processes and pipeline design tools such as CAESAR IIAutoPIPE or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in industrycodes and standards (e.g. ASME B31.4 ASME B31.8 API5L).
  • Experience with pipeline constructionmaterials and stress analysis.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Strong communication and collaborationabilities to work in a teamorientedenvironment.
