This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, addressing guest service requests, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment.Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently to meet quality standards.Conduct regular inspections of properties and common areas to identify and address potential issues.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report completed tasks to the property manager.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Assist in preparing units for new residents by performing necessary repairs and touch-ups.Collaborate with contractors and other service providers as needed.Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements as necessary.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and team members.Able to perform full property maintenance inspections.Who You AreHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.2+ years of experience in property maintenance, general repairs, or a related field.Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment effectively and safely.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to be on-call for emergency repairs as needed.UAE Driving license and car.What We OfferWork Flexibility: Flexible working hours.Time Off: Generous annual leave policy to support your well-being.Growth & Impact: Be part of a team that's transforming an industry, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and career as we scale globally.At Silkhaus, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
