Key Responsibilities

The Guest Services Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties in Dubai. This includes cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, offices, and common areas, as well as handling laundry services and reporting any maintenance issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, and common areas to meet our high standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and employees.
  • Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
  • Assist in setting up rooms for meetings or events if required.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift items as required.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
