  • Supervise the level, consistency, andquality of table and/ or counter service of all menuitems.

  • Consistently monitor quality offood and beverages being served and service quality, escalating anymajor problems/ complaints toManagement.
  • Actively promote the use of upselling techniques within outlet to exceed guest expectations andincrease revenue.

  • Supervise all aspects of food andbeverage quality, service and hygiene and escalates concerns toManagement.
  • In absence of an Outlet Manager orAssistant Outlet Manager take responsibility of operational issues.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably berequested by the management.
  • Overlook Pool baroperation.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction andrespond to customer feedback andcomplaints.
  • Preparing daily log reports andpresenting them to the higher management.
  • Resolving customer complaints in aprofessional manner in case any complaintarises.
  • Planning and delegating tasks to thestaff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance ofthe restaurant business.

  • Training new employees as per their abilitiesandskills.

Aboutyou:

In order to be consideredfor this role you will have at least two years of workingexperience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotelenvironment.

You will have excellent writtenand spoken English skills, additional language is advantage.Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience inhandling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would beregarded as essential.

Should be able toquickly learn and adapt to a new workenvironment.
