We are looking foran experienced Homeroom Teacher for a reputable school in AlAin.The Homeroom Teacher is responsible forcreating and maintaining a supportive engaging and academicallyfocused environment for their assigned class. The role involvesproviding instruction across various subjects monitoring studentprogress and fostering the academic social and emotionaldevelopment of students. The Homeroom Teacher will work closelywith parents staff and administrators to ensure each child swellbeing and success within theschool.
ClassroomManagement:

Develop aclassroom culture that is welcoming safe and conducive to learningwhere students feel valued andsupported. -
BehaviorManagement:
Set clearexpectations for behavior and maintain consistent routines anddiscipline strategies. Address any classroom issues fairly andpromptly to maintain a focused learningenvironment. -
Supervision:
Monitorstudent behavior during class breaks lunch and school eventsensuring their safety and wellbeing at alltimes.

LessonPlanning andImplementation:
Planorganize and deliver engaging lessons across subjects such as mathscience language arts and social studies. Ensure lessons align withthe school s curriculum and academicstandards. -
DifferentiatedInstruction:
Adjustteaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs ofstudents including those with varying learning abilities or specialneeds. -
Assessmentand Evaluation:
Useformative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.Provide constructive feedback and adjust teaching strategies basedon assessmentresults. -
Useof Technology:
Integratetechnology in the classroom using digital tools and resources toenhance learning and studentengagement.

Identifystudents who may need extra academic support provide additionalassistance as needed and collaborate with support staff to addresslearningchallenges. -
Emotionaland SocialDevelopment:
Fosterstudents socialemotional learning (SEL) by encouraging positiverelationships conflict resolution selfregulation andempathy. -
MonitorIndividualProgress:
Track anddocument students academic and behavioral progress providingfeedback to students and parents and developing individualizedplans for improvement whennecessary.

Parent/GuardianCommunication:
Establishopen lines of communication with parents and guardians keeping theminformed about their childs academic performance behavior and anyconcerns. Participate in regular parentteacherconferences. -
Collaborationwith Staff:
Work closelywith colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach tostudent learning and school policies. Participate in team meetingsand contribute to schoolwideinitiatives. -
Documentationand Reporting:
Maintainaccurate records of student attendance grades behavior and anysignificant incidents. Complete required documentation and reportsfor schooladministration.

Attendschool functions extracurricular activities field trips and otherevents that support the overall development ofstudents. -
Supervisionof Students Outside ofClass:
Supervisestudents during school activities such as assemblies recess lunchand field trips to ensure safety and provide guidance asneeded.

Education:
- Bachelorsdegree in Education or a relevantfield.
- Valid teaching certification(specific to the region or country) and any additional requiredqualifications.
